Pre order/ back order items

I ordered multiple items, but one of them is a pre-order/ back-order item. Do I have to wait for my pre-order/ back-order item to arrive before my package is sent?
We will ship the whole order together when the pre order item is in, however- if you require the rest of your order sooner please email us and we will aim to help you with this.

I want to buy something but it says that the item is a pre-order/back-order item. What does this mean?
This means that the item is currently being made or sent to us by the label/ supplier. It is not currently able to be sent you until the production is finished.
We have secured enough stock for the sizes available and we are selling them before they arrive so that you can buy it, first in best dressed.



How long with a pre-order/ back-order item take to arrive?
Pre-order items are not currently in stock and are not able to be sent out until it arrives. We will usually receive items within 2-4 weeks but can take up to 6 weeks, depending on the production time of the product.
Sometimes we will have an approximate release date, which will be in the item description, sometimes we don't know but can be pretty sure that the items will be here within 2-6 weeks.



What if I no longer want my pre-order/ backorder item?
We can only offer you a store credit/ exchange. 
The item can not be refunded if it was a pre-order/ back order item.
