Return and Refunds Policy

ONLINE RETURNS INFORMATION

Need to return something? It couldn't be easier. You can now return and exchange, get a credit or refund your purchase to us.
To arrange your return to our online store simply follow the process below for your country.

Risk Free Shopping:
Online shopping is meant to be convenient and easy... So I have made sure that when you shop with Three Nines Boutique you can feel completely risk free by knowing that you will be provide an exchange, credit note or a full refund for items (excluding undergarment, cosmetics and swimwear/bodysuits), even for change of mind if you do not love your item as much as I do when you get it home. We dont ask any questions, and make it completely hassle free, even with sale items. See below for specific details.

Follow these five easy steps below. You must include your tax invoice, which will be in your package from us, with your returns.

  1. Email hello@threeninesboutique.com. Put the word "returns" in the SUBJECT heading. Please specify the order number that is on your invoice, in the email to let us know what is coming back.
    Please specify if you would like a refund in your email, as we also offer exchange and store credit.
    If you do not specify in the email, or on a note in the returned parcel you will automatically be issued with a store credit to use within 1 yr from the issued date at your leasure.
  2. Package your items in suitable new packaging. We request you include your original receipt/invoice with your parcel.
  3. Ensure you have the correct address listed on the package and ensuring any original delivery labels are covered if using an old package. 
  4. Post your parcel to us, at PO BOX 1396 Capalaba QLD 415. Take your parcel to any post office and return it using a trackable service. Costs will vary depending on your location and the weight of your parcel.
  5. Please allow up to 14 days after the arrived status for your return to be processed. All refunds will be provided via the original method of payment.

If you require a refund for change of mind this can be made by returning the item within 7 days of receiving it.
You can receive an exchange or credit note within 14 days of receiving the items.

Tracking your return:
It is recommended that you use a trackable package to send the item back, as we do not take responsibility for the delivery of your item and so you are able to track your order if necessary. You can track your Post office return using the tracking number they have provided you.

 

RETURNS POLICY FOR ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE

All eligible online returns require:

  • Items must be in new and original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached.
  • Tax Invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.
  • The items are returned within 7 days of receiving for a full refund. (Please see returns policy fordetails for exchange and credit note, as these are different).

If one item is returned that was part of a '2 for' or 'Spend & Save' deal, the garment will be refunded at the discounted price or as the percentage price as calculated by Three Nines Boutique which was paid and not the original full price.

Please note customers are responsible for the cost of postage for all returns, with the exception of faulty items, or unless otherwise specified. If your item is faulty, please contact our Customer Care team to arrange a return in this instance at hello@threeninesboutique.com

WHAT can be returned?
Any items can be returned for your choice of an exchange, credit note, or full refund if the items are not worn, or altered in any way including washing, with all tags attached..
Excluding undergarments, cosmetics and swimwear/bodysuits for hygien reasons.
Only ITEMS can be returned. Postage cost will not be credited in any way unless specified.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
If you require a refund for change of mind this can be made by returning the item within 7 days of receiving it.
You can receive an exchange or credit note within 14 days of receiving the items.

HOW do customers return items?
1: You must email us at hello@threeninesboutique.com and for the subject please use the word "return".
2: Please specify the order number that is on your invoice, in the email to let us know what is coming back.
3: Be sure to clarify what item you would like if you require an exchange so that we can hold the item if it is currently available, please specify if you would like a store credit, or refund.
We recommend a tracking postage option to avoid the package getting lost on the way.

SHIPPING for returns?
The items must be returned to Three Nines Boutique the customers expense unless otherwise specified, or unless a mistake was made by Three Nines Boutique regarding postage/ or manufacturers faults.

CREDIT for returns?
You can choose to be issued an exchange for another item that suits you, be given a credit note to be used within one year from issued date or a full refund, at your choice.
If you do not specify what you would like in the email or in the return package you will automatically be issued a credit note in your name to be used at your own leasure.

Instore return option?
We are only online so there is no instore return option.
